1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.

  • After Shipping:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return request after delivery (please refer to our Return Policy for more details).

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you'll need to wait for delivery and initiate a return.


3. Cancellation by Techobucks

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Product being out of stock or discontinued

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment verification failure

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed immediately.


4. Prepaid & COD Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled before shipment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.
